Positive review - Orlando RV Service

I purchased my RV from Orlando RV, all my issues were mostly cosmetic with exception to a leaky hydraulic lift.

I called recently to get some minor warranty issues that needed addressing looked at and fixed.

They made an appointment, my service rep was quick to get me in and confident they could get most everything done with the possible exception of 1 thing.

I dropped off the coach, and later that day I received an update call!
The next morning they called and asked me a few questions. I agreed and they said it would be done in a few hours.

Upon arriving I was greeted by my service rep. He called in the service tech and we went out to go over the coach.
EVERYTHING was completed, even the one thing that they were not certain they could fix this trip. I even had a couple of things I wanted to add that were completed from when we spoke a couple hours earlier.

Way to go Orlando RV. My trip later this week will be awesome knowing all things are great.

Well I'm glad you had a good experience....My final experience is yet to be determined. We took ours in over a month ago so they could compile the list of work. Got the RV back after a couple days. Now, for the last 3 weeks we have been trying to get status on the parts, what they are doing, and on and on.

It took over 2 weeks of us calling constantly before someone finally called us back. Management is non-involved -- ask for them, never get close.

I'm hoping the parts are at least on order and that some day we will actually get to take the RV back to get it fixed. For now, we are stuck where we can't plan/use the RV.

Another week goes by.... still waiting to know the status.... of just the parts order!!!
