Power shade at front

I was wondering if there is an override if it does not go up?
Thanks Don

If there is power going to it (fuse or breaker checked), it sounds like it lost it's memory. You can go to and they have instructions and video on how to reset it. I had to do mine recently. There should be a small button near the shade. Mine hangs just to the left of the roller. That and the up/down button is used together to adjust the settings. You can also do a search on the Bershire forum for additional info.
