I've had problems with my lippert hydraulic jacks since I bought this 2013 Trilogy. Its got an internal leak somewhere allowing air or fluid bypass in the system that seems to allow the jacks to slowly drop. They seem to ignore me when I put it on the list of problems.

This happened to us on our first trip. Jacks got over extended and locked out.. Tried to reset the leveling controller.. But there is a fuse under the battery compartment that blew and also the master switch under the batter compartment switched. There isn't any labeling under there so look for a blown fuse. It was on the bottom left I believe. Dealer knew what it was as soon as I called....

We have a 2012 280DS are these Lippert jacks stock on that year & model ??
I have one jack, passenger rear, that drops an inch or two over a 2-3 week period.
The dealership said there was a small leak & they'd have to replace the entire jack as its a sealed unit.
I noticed the ram had a very light coating of hydronic fluid on it and the others were dry.

what I understand they might be the only or one of the only makers of leveling jacks and they know is issues but I don't really think the care. supply and demand. why recall problems if they don't have to

For the record, if those are LCI jacks, here's the Youtube video on how to put them down manually:

Additionally, attached is the troubleshooting guide.

Lippert has a bad diode in the wiring harness. I know. It needs to be replaced. Works fine now. Remember to reset to "0" after replacement...jerry

Thanks. Any suggestions on where in the manual? My husband took the RV out early (I follow tomorrow) and he just called and the front jacks sunk in the mud. He dug them out-and the back jacks retracted but the front ones don't and the lights on the panel are all flashing. He seems stuck. And he is on our undeveloped lot with no tow car to go get parts or help. Any suggestions?
