Problem with slideout

The Bedroom slideout of our 2011 Georgetown 373 has a little problem. The bottom goes out as it should, but the top does not. Inside, on the top of the trim, there is about a 3 inch gap, and looking at it from the outide, it is easy to see that the top is not out as far as it should be. Also there is a door, attached to an inner wall, that is supposed to latch onto a hook on the inner wall of the slideout. It misses the mark by about a half to an inch as well.

Any ideas?
