The seat covers are not leather. If you want to get a replacement set of covers look under the seat and between the springs and bottom seat cushion you will find the manufacturers name as well as a set of numbers.
Those numbers represent the style and color.
You can email them and ask about cost of replacements as they don't have any warranty.
Here is what mine looked like and they sent me the top and seat cover so I can replace.
Good luck

I am having the same problem and can't see getting the same replacements for it because they didn't last very long.

I had to replace mine after about a year and half (2007 373)
The ones I got from Williamsburg
to replace the old ones seem to be holding up well
I was just pissed off that they didn't last longer.
and I had to pay to replace them.

I got mine replaced due to wearing, however mine was still under warranty, thank god. I know that replacements can be very $$$$ plus the installation of them.

Our cushions on the coach are trashed also and don't want the original because it didn't last long. Now I need to find an alternative!

The driver's seat on my 2010 Georgetown 373 is showing minor wear, but the fake leather upholstery on the sofa and recliner chair are badly deteriorated from just regular use. I plant to get either different covers or even a new chair and sofa to replace them one of these days.

Another shame for vehicles that are not that old.

Wow, the seats didn't last very long. Did they use the same seats material as the newer ones? Would like to know if that's something I need to keep an eye on.

I think the problem is is that good old Forest River uses plain and cheap old vinyl for the sofas and up front chairs, figuring that most would assume its either leather (dumb), or a very good product like Ultra Leather's synthetic coverings that they stand behind for comfort and durability

I was told they had a bad batch of material but I bought my couch used. The new seats seems good so far but only time will tell.

Before we go bad mouthing FR...is everyone having the same issue? I'm asking because what we normally hear about in these forums is mostly about problems. It's kind of like how you can tell the mileage on a car by the wear on the break pedal's corner or the left side of the driver's seat.
One thing we noticed when we were looking at coaches is that our GT, in our opinion, had good quality upholstery. Soft to the touch and seemed pretty durable. Not sure if that's the same material used on the seats that have had premature wear.

I have two friends with Damons. One is a 2007, and his seats are fine. The other has a 2009, and they all fell apart about a year after warranty.
Same seats as ours.
BTW, the pleather seats are fine in my '05.

I'm not bad mouthing Forest River. In fact the seats in my 2011 look and feel like new. Different folks will have different wear experiences. Personally, DW and I try to spend as little time as possible inside the motor home when camping, regardless of weather. Our dinette probably gets the most use, besides the driver and passenger seats, inside the rig. But lets face it, we all bought Georgetown's for the great value they provide in comparison to other mfg. out there. They do cut corners is areas where it would not be readily apparent, such as seating surfaces. This is especially true if GT owner's have shopped other brands and have become acclimated to some of the name brands in the industry that reach across a broad spectrum of brands and price points, i.e. Dometic, Suburban, Thetford, F53, Ultra Leather upholstery and so on and on. I agree that forums such as this may show case complaints more that compliments, however, I feel that folks such as us in the RV industry as a whole accept way to much "That's Just The Way It Is" if you want to enjoy the lifestyle. If most auto manufacturers built their cars and trucks the way the RV industry builds their RV's, from pop ups to million dollar plus Prevost's, most if not all would not be in business today.

Sparks, I think DonL had one solution to your problem. They contacted Williamsburg, the furniture maker who sent them new covers to be installed at a local shop. It would seem to me that short of taking that route it would cost almost as much to have your furniture re-covered, if not more, then to buy something new that will fit the space you have.
