Don't even want to think about the money going down the drain buying and trading RV's. But I'm addicted and there's nothing I'd rather do that go somewhere in my RV. Consider myself fortunate that I am free to do it. Some of my friends bought houses down in AZ when the market was down. Who wants to spend all your time in the same place? Not me!!

dang skippy! 'tis also true of TTs and 5ers. Case in point: you have to pack away everything not nailed down (or anchored by museum putty) before towing them. There's a reason that's necessary.

We replaced the two front tires on our 2004 after it was about 6 years old because of flat spots. When the MH sits for too long, between trips, the tires may get damaged. At least according to the tire guys. We bought two new front tires and have had no problems at all.
