Purchasing Direct from FR Parts Department

Wanted to confirm the Parts Department phone number for Forest River as 574-206-7600. Very helpful with the slide-out seal part number I needed and the closest FR dealership where I can place the order.

I tried to order an a/c fan speed control knob for my dash air. They gave me the number for the manufacturer. Said they don’t sell parts.

I have had them sell me parts, tell me to see my dealer, and give me parts for free. All on the same camper. I think it depends who you get to talk to. When they told me to see my dealer, I said ok. Next time I called they sold a part to me direct.

Forest River doesn't sell chassis parts, if yours is a FORD call ford.
