It made a difference without the mattress on it, I think if I replace the strut that was bent and add it back in there and have the 2 struts again, I think it would be perfect!!

With a LOT of perseverance, the bent one can be straightened with a pipe and a vise with covered jaws.

How long ago you work for Int'l harvester? I know a couple of guys that work engineering/ quality control in the engine reliability areas

Got credited with 19.9 yrs. Not hired by luck of a drawing in 1985 when Tenneco bought IH farm equipment and formed Case-IH. Worked in the Combine Engineering Group in East Moline until they moved the engineers to Hinsdale, went there in 1981 until Feb 1985.
