Rain-X?
I just had a cracked windshield replaced on my Georgetown and was thinking I might put some rain-x on the new windshield while the glass is new and clean. I was wondering if others have tried rain-x on their motorhomes and how they like it.

Don't have a MH but I use it on my and DW's vehicles. It works but needs to be reapplied
occasionally. I also use it on the inside of our glass shower doors both at home and in our camper.

I've used Rain-X on vehicles and my motorcycle windscreen. It works great.
However, Rain-X makes wiper blades that I do not recommend. I've had a couple break at the wiper arm attachment and won't buy them again.

If you ever need to have windshield chips repaired ( vs replacement). Be sure to tell repair person you have used Rain-X.

Good product. I also use their windshield washer fluid, since it is like a minor application every time I spritz.

I use it all the time, have for years. I drive 38 miles to work and I rarely have to even turn on my wipers, I also use the rain x washer fluid from Walmart for 2.88 a gallon

Don't EVER leave home without RainX!! I've had our GT for over 3 years and have used the wipers twice.

Thank you for your comments, I will definitely give the Rain-X and the washer fluid a try. That will be great if you don't have to use the wipers as much in drizzle or light rain.
