Rear jack drivers side.

As some of you may know we bought a used 2001 325s Georgetown. The dealer put two rear HWH jack on because the others were bent and would not come up that was two month ago. Have not try them until today they worked good but the one on the drivers side was leaking.Call the dealer he said that it was probably aline loose and for me to zip tie it up and it would stop leaking. This doesn't seem right what yu'all think? I do value your opinion.
PS HWH MODEL # AP29979

Sounds a bit ridiculous. How does he expect a zip-tie to stop a hydraulic fluid leak. I'd be taking it back to the dealer so it's fixed. Does it look like it's dripping from the hose or the jack itself?
