We have 351DS, I can only assume they are the same. Ours had and extender on one and I had to put an extender on the other. Kind of a "J" shaped extender. I have big hands, it wasn't fun. Taking off the wheel cover may help you find it, or you'll have to stick your fingers in those cover holes. Do you have picture?

Sounds like someone put the wheel trims on the wrong way. That is, not aligned with the valve stems. You will probably need 135 degree extenders on the outers, CW sells them.
Take off the wheel trims with the T wrench in your document pack, the three nuts are the ones with the "__" on them. They are also the ones that don't ring when you tap them with the wrench.

I am confused, I can see not being able to see the inside wheel valve, but the outer wheel should be clearly visible

It's there but is a short straight stem. It is almost impossible to check pressure or add air. Just look real close in the wheel cut outs.

My outer rear valve stems are pointed into the hole instead of out. Had to buy dual head pressure gauge and dual head hose end to test or fill the outer tires.
