Rear TV in 2009 Georgetown 357 QS

Does anyone know how to access the external ports on the rear TV. I would like to hook a dvd player up to it, but the ports are blocked behind the framing of the wardrobe. I looked for a release latch of some kind but couldn't find one. Before I saw a hole in the closet wall I figured I'd post here.

Ours was on a bracket that required the TV be lifted straight up to disengage it then it could be removed.

If it is like my 350, look in the wardrobe closets. On the inside wall of one of the closets towards the top there should be a 10" x 10" wooden access panel held on by 4 screws - same color as the surrounding wood (mine is in the lefthand wardrobe closet. If you remove the panel you can access the area behind the TV. I would post a picture but my RV is across town in storage.

I just looked at mine the other day and I removed the front wooden bezel by taking out the 4 screws. My TV is mounted to a black piece of plywood that is held in place with 2 screws in the front corners.

OK, I tried lifting the TV and it didn't budge. Then I noticed the panel in the right hand side closet, it is about 10x10 inches and attached by 4 screws. I didn't get the screwdriver out since all my wifes clothes were in there and I didn't want to mess with it. Strange that it's on the right side when the external connectors are on the left hand side of the TV. Oh well.

I added a DVD player yesterday. Accessed the ports from the bottom by holding them with needlenose iers. Took off the access panel to router the wires and power supply

Good idea using the needlenose pliers. I think I'll try that too.

I had a similar question. Do you have to access through the 10"X10" panel in the closet then undo something before you can lift the TV away from the face of the wardrobe?
