I'm not sure, but I would try by just pushing up about six inches and pulling it out. You might need a 90 degree HDMI connector.

Tricky. And it isn't mounted with an articulating mount? Have you tried pulling it forward?

On my 327 there was an access panel inside the closet next to the tv. The tv was mounted to a plywood panel and that was mounted to the wall by wood screws from inside the access inthe closet

I removed mine that way. Access screws holding plywood base through hole in W/D cabinet and through cubby hole above closet to right of TV.

Rear TV removal on 378

On our 378 there is an access panel to the right of the TV. Through it there were 2 screws and when those were removed TV came off. Have someone hold the TV when you take out those 2 screws. I took mine of because I was adding a wireless HDMI receiver and had to have access the the HDMI input. I like HD TV and Blueray movies that are played on the Blueray player in the living room.
You'll find a lot of wasted space behind the TV so I am planning on adding hinges to my tv so it will raise up for accessing the space.

Hi My 2014 378 has that removable panel in the left closet (WD closet). You don't have to remove the TV to add the receiver. I just installed Direct TV new receiver package called "Genie". The main Genie with the wireless Sink is up front and the rear receiver is very small 4x4 inches. You can reach the coax connection with your fingers thru the little panel. This new system from Direct TV worked great during our 6000 mile trek last summer.

Rear TV Removal on 378

It appears that the bedroom TV mounting in the 364TS is similar to the 378. Since we don't have a need for a TV in the bedroom, I converted it to much-needed shelf space. As already stated, access to the mounting screws is from behind through the small panel in the adjacent closet. Much to my surprise, there was a standard 110v electrical outlet (pictured), which I've turned into a charging station for batteries, iPhones, etc. I used the monitor mounting panel as the bottom of the cabinet, framed in the space with 1x2s and used Minwax stain English Chestnut 233 on some 3/16" oak plywood from Lowes, which I used to make up the side and back panels.
