?? remove flat screen TV ?? access to HDMI

Question for Georgetown owners. I have a 2016 GT. I want access to the HDMI jacks on my flat screen TVs but I cannot figure out how to remove them from the wall? They don't tilt. I tried to lift straight up but that doesn't work either. Is there a magic wand that I need to to get the TV off the wall?

If it’s the same as the 2018 there are screws on top and bottom of the bracket. The bracket is attached solid to the back of the tv so it comes off as one unit. The tv won’t lift off of the bracket.

That’s the one in the living area. TV in the bedroom swings up with storage behind it. Easy access. Not sure about the 2016.

Flatscreen removal

We have a 2014 Georgetown 378, so I don’t know if this will help!?! We could not get anyone at service centers that could figure it out. I decided to try it again myself. Since standard method approaches similar to what you described done for you hadn't worked, I tried a simple new/old approach.

I looked carefully along the slight space above and below the TV with a bright flashlight. Low and behold, I saw a black bracket with several black screw heads! I removed the lower set and the lower side was free of the wall! Then I carefully removed the top set while supporting the TV. DONE! There were two vertical bars attached to the TV that screwed into plywood plate attached to rig.

I then put in cables for all outputs that reached an access place for future needs and then reversed the process to remount TV.

If the flat screen is built into the wall and bracket doesn't swivel or tilt and you can't seem to move it... as in my bro-in-law unit that only spins from living room around to the bedroom.
Look underneath the TV where there are two Philips screws that hold the TV to the back frame so it doesn't bounce off the mount. When the two small screws are removed the TV can then be lifted up off that quick connect frame. You can get to all the wires and connectors then. Hope yours is as simple.
