Sorry title should read Replacement LCI Leveling Panel for a 2008 Georgetown 370ts XL
Who is a good contact person at FR that could hep us with the LCI panel, I appreciate any assistance here?
We are having a heck of a time dealing with LCI to figure out if the replacement panel for the leveling jacks we need needs a harness or not.
My RV guy has been talking to them for 10 days and instead of shipping the parts we need, because they insisted that we need the harness, they are telling us we don't need it, but to make sure they want pictures of the back of our panel to determine if we do, why didn't they ask 10 days ago when we ordered the part?
What in the world, don't they make both parts and shouldn't they already know that? I mean how many RV's are they making parts for, I think a spreadsheet would have done the trick.
I tell you if there is one reason we get rid of our FR it will be because the problems we have every time we have to deal with Lipper. I'm very unhappy with them and now we maybe stuck with our levelers down and missing a good weekend out.
