Replacement vent cover

My vent cover over the kitchen has formed a crack in it. Looks like the uv has gotten to it as it is very brittle. I have the standard vent (no fan) and just assumed the whole vent assembly needed to be replaced because the cover appears to be connected with rivets - figured I'd have CW do it. After googling some today, it appears I can just replace the lid ~$20. I'd just need to know the hinge type but of course now I don't have access to my MH. Does anyone have any info that might help me figure out which cover to order?

They do have different hinge types. Best thing is to remove it and take it to CW so you can match it up. Then I would recommend a vent cover, MaxxAir II, to protect the new one from those UV rays, and you can leave it open in the rain.
