RESALE Value of 2014 Georgetown 270S

I want to find out the resale value of a 2014 Georgetown 270S? I looked at the NADA website, but it does not show this model in their dropdown. Thanks in advance.

NADA is actually kind of useless. I'd check on line and see what others are selling theirs for. You won't believe the range. You'll likely be disappointed. RV's depreciate about 30% before the ink dries on your contract. That's why so many people are upside down on their loan.

Thanks for the disheartening news. I've been told to get the closest year/model and +/- $1k-2k. I don't know how accurate that would be.

Whatever you paid less 30% to 40%. Depending on condition and mileage. Depreciation will hit you hard.

Well, I have found that you need to tell the dealer to use lots of vaseline and be kind.
Good luck

there are usually 2 different prices: private seller and/or dealership. (the dealership price is higher, but that's what THEY get for selling it NOT what they give you for a trade-in price). Look around on RV.trader.com and see what prices are out there

New...a 270 could be had for 85-90k in 2014. (30% off list). Depending on mileage...probably 20% off that is a realistic price to hope for what is now a 3 year old unit... so somewhere around 70k would be realistic to hope for.
Here's a 2015 with less than 5k that just sold for $65k or less.
