Residential fridge water stopped flowing.

I have a new GT 369 and the water flow stopped in the middle of my road trip. Any suggestions on where and what to look for? Tried a couple of local service centers that were useless. First they won't do warranty work if I didn't buy there and second, said it takes weeks to get warranty approval on fridges!

If it's a Frigidaire, you MUST call them. Our ice maker went out almost immediately. Didn't take long for them to come to us. Repairman brought a pump too. He said they go out as well. The pump is behind the fridge...yep, it has to be pulled if it's the residential fridge.

The guy that worked on ours gave me the new pump, and said here, this is for when it goes out. However it's still working. It takes a little bit to go through, have all your model and serial numbers ready when you call as well as purchase date. They found a repairman for us based on where our rv was parked.

After talking with the always helpful Bryan at FR I was able to fix my water issue. There is a reset valve that leads to the fridge that for whatever reason popped on me. Once I reset it, all was flowing again!

Bryan gave me a few places to look and I found mine (GT XL 369) in the cabinet on the floor between the sink and stove. See picture. I'm also including his replay and photos in case anyone else runs into this easily fixed problem.

"It could be in a couple different places. I would check under the sink first since it’s on the same side as the fridge. It’s just a white push button valve. It could also be in the convenience center outside or outer compartment near the fridge. I have attached a couple pictures showing what it looks like and where you may find it. I hope this helps!"
