My residential refrigerator in my 2013 Georgetown 378 XL is not dispensing water or ice. We just replaced the filter and still nothing. Does anyone know where the water supply line is and what could be the problem??

First make sure the filter is pushed all the way in. Second, it take a while for the water to fill the filter and then come out the door. If it was working before you changed the filter then I would suspect the filter first.

There is a water shut off valve for the refrigerator located in the access hole in the bathroom linen closet on our 2013 378XL.

Is it possible your water line has froze? I have had mine do that a few times and I have had to turn the fridge off for a few days to let it completely thaw out. When it happened I had no ice or water from the despinser

Thank you for the help. We did get some spurts of water after a few hours in between trying. We would only get a 1/4 cup or so. And now nothing again. We must have a plug or we are froze up.

My water line froze twice already, and had water either just trickling/dripping or not dispensing at all.
Try maybe defrosting it completely to see if that fixes it.

Did you ever get it to work? Our ice maker went out within the first month. The repairman brought a pump, which goes in the back, you have to pull the fridge to get to it. He asked if water was coming out, Yes. Then he replaced the ice maker, been golden every since.

For what it's worth, he did say there was a problem with a batch of fridges and most times he has to replace the the pump too. He gave me the new pump free of charge, and said it was part of the warranty replacement program. I still have the unopened pump. Hopefully I won't need it.
