I've seen it, in color layers, fiberglass, wood,(OBF), alum framing with Styrofoam poured between all pieces, inside luan bonded to the framing and styro, lastly the insulation and vinyl lining bonded to the luan. I remember seeing it on the 2012 sales brochure for Georgetown. Maybe current model still have it. In total its about 5" thick.

Easy way to see is to disassemble a 14" vent with 4 screws. Drop inside piece down and you can see and measure all layers of ceiling.

Forest River is sending a driver to So MO to pick up our 2012 Georgetown 378 XL...will replace the entire roof. Fiberglass is wrinkled at roof rails and has lots of cracks!

Just wanted to update...
I have made several complaints about our 2012 Georgetown 378...

We have just received our coach back from the Indiana...Dan Evans and April Conner made arrangements to have our coach picked up in SW Mo...driven to Indiana...repaired...and returned back to MO.

the coach was gone for 1 month...but came back in great shape, Everything on our to do list was addressed. A couple of updates were added.

So when I complain...if things get handled in a business , friendly, efficient manner...then I compliment.

thanks to Dan Evans and his team for making the necessary repairs to our coach.

Forest River has always stood behind their product with me. It's refreshing to work with the fine folks at FR.

My 2010 Gorgetown 378 also went back to factory for new roof. But my concern is their engineering remains the same. They still put rails down length of roof with screws and have water gathering at the four corners. I hope this one lasts longer then the 3 yrs.

Well, I am happy with the new roof we just got on our 2014 Sunseeker. I was nervous using an aftermarket company to repair our roof (RVroof.com) however this new roof appears to be tough as nails. I could see it outlasting the coach by 20 years. They removed those "rails" you refer to that hold the fiberglass down, screwed the fiber back down, then sprayed the whole roof with the poly coating, including down the radius sides. Now, the water is free to roll off anywhere it wants to. Time will tell how this roof holds up, but I essentially have two roofs. I was really impressed with David and Jennifer who did the work.

Went on roof today of 378 TS to check whats necessary for cleaning. I couldn't believe the cracks and crevices are full of crud and no rag/scrubbing brush would come close to cleaning it. DW suggested Awesome and to my delight it cuts it quite easily. I'll start with a 10-1 solution. Been under trees in a dusty area, it was last cleaned in May.

Also convinced now this roof is not FRP fiber-glas like boats and Corvettes. Its more like a pebbled plastic single sheet membrane. If its put on sloppy it will crack easily as its quite brittle and very little strength. I see on my own roof there are bubbles which flex easily. Luckily the areas are not in stress like the corners of openings. Keep an eye on it, dicor can save the roof, leaking will cause failure for sure.
