I think not only are you missing some minor structure, but now have glue failure also..the roof cover is very thin and is designed to be bonded to a substrate. It's brittle and cracks easily see earlier posts on this subject. Your first indicator of failure will be indelible orange/brown stains in your ceiling cover. Bad gluing is another bad subject happened to quite a few. You should consider renewal or an "second roof" to protect below. I don't recall the vendor but it was done successfully not too long ago.
