Roof Edge Collapse?

Was adding some gutter extensions today and noticed that the curved side edge of my 2014 378TS coach roof is "caving in". What has been a smooth curve from roof to gutter is now flattened and almost creased. This is in a couple of areas. Anyone else experience this?. How big of a problem could this potentially be? I am out of warranty....

I would contact Forest River with your picture.
Never seen or heard anything like that happening.
Could you have hit something and not know it?

No snow load, is a Florida coach. Fortunately the integrity does not appear to be breached. No water as of yet. I have reached out to FR and will post their response when it gets resolved.

Sure looks like some internal stiffeners were left out during build. If you struck something that hard, the fiberglass would b toast.

Can anyone confirm that on the 378 the curved area of the roof corners is solid and doesn't yield to being pressed? I seem to remember it has been "hollow" since I took delivery.

Mine is the same on both sides. Has been that way since it was new. Assumed that's the way it's supposed to be.

Mine is the same too...Over a year and no leaks even after driving or storage in torrential downpours. I had assumed it was supposed to be that way also, and just avoid putting any pressure near there when up on the roof.

Feeling better about this. Our new 270 has the same depression in the roof. I thought it had been banged at the dealer.

What about roof bubbles. Just noticed a couple of big (12 in x 4 in) bubbles. Is this also "normal"?

I think not only are you missing some minor structure, but now have glue failure also..the roof cover is very thin and is designed to be bonded to a substrate. It's brittle and cracks easily see earlier posts on this subject. Your first indicator of failure will be indelible orange/brown stains in your ceiling cover. Bad gluing is another bad subject happened to quite a few. You should consider renewal or an "second roof" to protect below. I don't recall the vendor but it was done successfully not too long ago.
