I had the same issue on my 2009. The wrinkles will eventually crack and leak. I had to have the roof completely replaced by FR.

I have pretty much exactly the same problem as you do. Except some of the ripples are sharp creases and look like at least paint is cracking this is on 2015 Georgetown 280DS, just picked up on MY 9, 2015. Had a cast boot on when picked up so did not climb up on roof and then there they were along with bubbles here and there that come and go with heat. Took to dealer and told bubbles were ok. They put more sealant on the roof edges on all 4 sides where sealant had pulled away and said they were checking with FR to see what to do about ripples and creases. I am fairly certain that over time with the contraction and expansion the sharp creases will crack. Waiting for response from dealer. Really worries me that so many post indicate this problem

I heard back today from FR, said to monitor closely but will need to be repaired if it gets worse. My thoughts are with a MH less than a week old...it'll get worse.

Mine has very small cracks where the ripples come up. I took lots of pictures and then sealed everything.

Document, document, document is all I can say.... I hope this works out in the end...

eyc, I thought the roof cap would crack over time. Did you get yours paid for by FR. I am taking pictures to send to FR tomorrow. Bryan from FR requested them. I have seen that type of material consistency crack before. It may take a couple of years, but I know roof replacement can't be cheap. I'm staying on top of this situation. I will keep everyone posted.

MrGrumpy, what did you seal it with? Mine is on the edge above the drivers side. It is a dark brown there, so I'm sure it will look weird. I just don't need this problem on a new coach.

Just got a call from the Dealer. FR says it doe not need to be repaired. Don't know what else to do than just document and watch it.

Cev1001 I got the same answer from my dealer FR said it rarely develop into trouble. Asked my dealer to ask them the question by email since
He asked them by phone and forward the answer back to me and he did. So at least I got a record that it was reported before end of warranty. Cross my fingers
