It sounds like the problem has to be documented as best as possible. I haven't sent my pictures into FR yet. I have been too busy. You can see what eyc said about his 2009 in an earlier post. I can't imagine what it would cost to replace the roof. When it's a warranty problem in the first year, it needs to be fixed or replaced.

Document document...,I'm working with Travis at FR.

It's very concerning especially on a new MH. Mine is in the same location, just above the drivers side on the edge. It's where the roof has the brown paint. It's interesting how many of these are popping up. Curious.... When was your Georgetown built. Wondering if these with the roof ripples were produced around the same time..like a production issue etc...if I remember right the sticker next to the drivers side was Oct 2014...

I used a divot lap sealants on e flat areas that I thought needed touching up and on the side & ripple ares I used Profex RV clear. This is what the RV shop gave me and said to use.

So would this be covered under the one year warranty or is this considered structure?

Mr G:
Mine was manufactured Oct. 2014. This defect should be covered under manufacturers defect. Which falls under the one year warranty. All the appliances are covered under their individual warranties. The chassis is covered under Ford Motor Co.
I am surprised that FR is giving others the story, that there isn't a problem. I'm staying on top of this problem. I'm not letting them get away with it.
Thanks for letting me know what your dealer recommended to seal the area, just in case this gets dragged out a bit. I will look into the Profex clear. I already have Dicor self leveling roof caulk.

Most warranties actually start on the "in service date" which is the date the first owner purchased the coach. The manufacturer date doesn't matter except to see if there was an issue with others put together during that time. I hope all of you are successful in getting FR to step up and do the right thing.

I have the same ripples on my 2014 351 - figured it was to help with water run off since it's the same on both sides and only on the front. 3 years left on my extended warranty so I'll keep an eye on it.
