Rooftop a/c

Our front a/c blows almost all of it's sir out of 1 main duct below thr unit and almost none out of the 5 vents. Is there some sort of switch or setting to make it blow out thr vents???

Depending on the type/brand A/C unit, you may have to slide the vent, directly under the A/C, close. There should be two small tabs near the center of the vent.

Does your return air assembley look like this?

MR Ken, I think you got your 'E' and 'R' mixed up on your keyboard, swap them...

What Milzat said...

We usually prefer it all out of the main unit rather than the roof vents as it seems to work better for us.

I think it is what is called a quick cool feature. As Mike said, look for a slider or some kind of control to close the downward pointing vent. Cooled air will then flow through the duct system.

Not to highjack this, but has anyone found a better filter arrangement for the main vent? The little piece of foam that doesn't fit well, well it seems almost silly to have it.
