Running/Clearance Ambler Lights Lense

I am looking for a place to purchase new lens convers for the amber lights next to the headlights that are amber in color. These are 3.5 x 1.5 inches in size and are oblong. These are for a 2010 Georgetown 378.

There should be some type of information molded into the lense. Such as a SAE #, Google that number and you should be able to find them. I think someone posted where they found them before but it might not be the same lense. You could try this catalog for a reference.
