The best price I could find for the safe-t-plus model #41-230 ($454.88) and mounting bracket #F-53K2.5 ($64.88), was at Makarios RV.

Like I said, the Roadmaster is the exact same concept of the Safe T Plus but you should be able to Google it and get the stabilizer for around $250 and appx. $75-80 for the class A bracket. Make sure it is the RSA (aka class A) and not the RSC (aka class C) which is 25-35% cheaper.

Thanks Sherman, I found it for $385 with free shipping on etrailer.com. (RBK9-RSSA). Looks like I'll probably go with them........

Do you have to do a front end alignment after the Safe T plus install ?

No, it does not affect the alignment.

Safe T Plus

The thing I liked about the Safe-T-Plus model is it is covered. The piston shaft
is not exposed to dirt and mud and whatever will be thrown up at it. Also it has a heavier piston and spring. The $54 price difference seemed worth it to me.

I was mistaken. I thought you had to buy mounting bracket in addition to stabilizer.
So it would be about $130 more for the safe-t-plus.

Both require a mounting bracket

I have on my 2016 378 xl, had it on my 2012 mirada, bought a different bracket on it is a quick change. Love it. Tractor trailers blow by me, both sides and my coach does not move.
