Safe T Plus Customer Service

After our first road trip and the ability not to do the CHF on our Georgetown 329, I decided to order the Safe T Plus stabilizer. I contacted customer service and provided them the info in which they provided me the correct part number stabilizer and mount kit. They also provided me some authorized dealers. So my first option is to get on Amazon, which I found theparts for $150 cheaper then the authorized dealers with free shipping with prime. I installed the parts and noticed one of the mount bolts bottomed out and still spun after being torqued.

I contacted customer service and was offered to have new bolts sent. Kathy asked me again what length motor home do I have and I told her 34' 11". She responded you told me 24' 11" on my original email. DAmmm, stupid mistake. My first thought was I am out $500 the amazon company is not going to take it back after being installed and drove. To my surprise Kathy offered to replace my mistaken part with the correct one if I shipped it back. $53 later the part is on its way back to Ga. two day delivery UPS. It could have been a bad mistake..
