Satellite questions

Purchasing a 2015 351. The dealer is installing a Winegaurd traveler for us. Does this unit come pre wired or with a sat prep. I know forest river no longer sends the georgetowns with DVD players and switch boxes they now use a in dash home theatre system. So I am asking anyone have a 14 or 15 with satellites. What did u use and how did u wire/set it up

mack, we have a 2014 351 DS and got an in motion dish and 2 receivers installed by the FR rep locally. The bunks can watch the satllite, or go independent and watch DVD. I didn't know the 15 models did away with the in-bunk DVDs.

gsoage53 sorry for the confusion. the bunks do still come with dvds players i mean the main cabin did. the only dvd player in the main cabin is if you go with the in dash home theatre system. my main concern is that i am having a dish installed and was wondering if there is a switch box already there and or is the coach pre wired for the others tvs for a sat system. if it is a picture of the switch box or how you have it setup would be great or any other information you might have

Mine came with the switchbox in the front upper cabinet on the right above the passenger seat. But I must confess that I didn't check this cabinet before we had the satellite installed.

We have a 2015 351 without satellite, and we have the switch box in the same cabinet location. it has 3 settings (that I do remember!) but we've never used the TV for anything other than the DVD player (we have the home theater) so I can't tell you much more than that.....
There is also some coax connection in the back of that cabinet as well, but again, didn't look to closely.
