Shower door guide clips

I bought some new clips to replace the broken ones in my shower door. However, I can't figure out how to remove the old ones to install the new ones. No rivets or screws. It almost looks like I have to remove the glass from the frame to get them in. Anyone else tried this?

Paul Sherry RV in Piqua, OH. Talk to Mike in parts. You have to drill out the rivets on the top of the doors to remove them then disassemble the frame to replace the broken guides. Then just pop rivet the doors back on. I've had some more break and just ordered more. They are only a couple dollars each but shipping is around $20 so I went ahead and ordered 10 as I know I'll use them eventually.
