Shower faucet modification

Has anyone modified the shower faucet from the separate hot/cold knobs to a single handle? It seems to take a long time to get the water temp dialed in right and when dry camping, water conservation is a necessity. This seems to be a source of camping stress for my wife. So any help is truly appreciated.

I haven't but if you have an access panel behind the shower faucet it should be an easy swap. Wish I had an access panel behind my shower faucet because I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Seems Forest River is thinking ahead. They installed a screw on panel just below the valves for easy access and repair I guess.
I guess you can install a similiar access hole if you wanted.
