Post more info for your rig and maybe someone with the same rig will respond. I am not familiar with a 350 TS. I have a Windjammer 3001W and the antenna is on the roof directly over the entertainment center. It is on a metal plate. The antenna is about an inch high and about 1 1/2 inches square. I would look on the roof over where the unit is installed. Frank

Antenna should be on the roof.
Are there tree's in the way?
I think "and I could be wrong" sirius needs clear view of southern sky.

Another thought. The satellite is set to give coverage over the entire US. The East and West coasts have some spots where the signal is weaker because of hills and treas. In my truck when I am driving on the East coast i can loose service because of valleys and trees. Frank

Just brought up your floor plan and I see it is a motor home. The antenna could also be on the roof over driving position. If you are loosing signal while driving, it may be normal depending on the terrain.

I had my ant mounted on the roof above passengers head. they used sealant to adhere the ant. to the roof. I have no issues with reception no matter where I travel.
