Here is a link to the manual;
I thought I had hydraulic slides in my MH when I bought also and was upset with myself for not checking more thoroughly when I purchased.
Didn't help that the salesman and the technician doing the walk thru both said the slides were hydraulic.
However, the Accuslide system has been around for years and seems to have a pretty good reputation. I have read of an occasional cable breaking but that seems to be rare. At one time I believe FR was using them on the smaller slides in the Berkshires also. Not sure if they still are.
I have never found a recommended routine maintenance list so I have kind of just made up my own.
I usually just wipe the cables occasionally with dry silicone spray and inspect for sagging or frays. I keep the wipers clean and lubricated with 303. I have read of many also using talcum powder. Keep in mind there is a wiper on the bottom that is difficult to reach. I have not figured out how to get to the top one yet. I have also got a can of the dry silicone with the straw on the end and sprayed the rollers on the bottom to make sure they don't freeze up. I have found that applying a coat of wax to the sides and bottom of the slides seems to keep the slides from sounding like they are straining from the pressure of the wipers. Using powder on the wipers probably does the same thing
If someone has something else that needs to be done I would look forward to hearing about it also.
