Slide-outs

On my 2014 ForestRiver Georgetown 373. Why when i’ M pluged into shore power my slides won’t work? They did and than not what’s up?

Try starting the engine. There is an override that may not be resetting when you are plugged in.

Ignition override could be the culprit but not necessary to start engine. Just set ignition to on and then off.


Emergency brake not part of interlock for slides but part of interlock for levelers.

Do they work when not plugged into shore power?

After unplugging shore power the bedroom slide went out now it won’t go back in. No power at panel !

Does your main slide operate? What do you mean no power at panel? I have a GT 378 2012 but think your unit would be the same where all the slides are hydraulic or is the bedroom electric? Sounding more like bad batteries.

One thing you could try is momentarily hold your emergency start switch to on and see if the panel powers back up (slide moves). That will tie the coach and chassis batteries together while the switch is held to on. If the slide moves that may indicate coach battery issues. Of course, if the coach batteries were low or bad they probably wouldn't start the generator.
