Could you need to have parking brake set? Do you have a battery disconnect that needs to be turned on?

Do you need to have your levelers down? Hope someone with similar unit will chime in for more help.

Assuming you have the cable slides like my 351 you do not have to have the levelers down and they will not operate if the engine is running. (Since you have keys out that should not be the problem.) You might try turning the ignition switch on and off a few times to make sure something in the ignition is not the problem.
I always try to have at least the generator running or shore power on when putting the slides in or out. If neither slide is working it can't be the motor since each slide has its own.
I would think it is a breaker tripped somewhere although I have not had this issue myself.
Not sure at the moment but I would think that breaker or fuse would be in the battery control center in the bay just to the right of the entry door
Please post update or let me know if I can help further.

You can't have key turned forward any in ignition. Besides that slides should deploy. If nothing still sounds like breaker tripped or blown fuses. 351 uses 12 volt electric motors with cable drive.

Another thought. Do your stabilizers work? If not I have read that one of the two resettable breakers in the battery control center will stop the stabilizers and slides from working.

Yes with both motors (Electric) he does seem like a breaker or a loose wire from the master power. You would think it was something fairly simple because all the other reasons it should work.

Just a thought. Is your coach battery solenoid on.
With mine off my slides do not work.
