Slide Toppers

I have a 2010 330TS and when we drive in a strong wind, the driver side slide topper ballons up. I now put a bungy cord around to help keep it from unrolling. What can I do to fix this so I don't have to climb on top everytime we start or stop a trip?

Sounds like the tension needs adjustment so it lays tight against the roller when closed.

Topper - Installation Manual.pdf

Topper - Spare Parts List.pdf

You might want to have a RV Shop do it if you don't feel comfortable making the adjustment yourself.

There should be a piece on the end of the awning tube that catches a bracket on the side of the RV when the slide is retracted, this keeps the awning tube from un-rolling. If its there it may need to be adjusted

Out of the 3 slide toppers, only one of them has the lock on it. The other two has the plate on the side of the RV, but no locking lever.

Thanks for the manuals and pictures, I will see if I can find 2 more locking levers. They seem easy enough to install.
