Slideout problem

My bedroom slide-out is not going out on the top all the way. Any ideas?

Are you sure that it's not going all the way out? If you look at the outside you should see a little tilt to it, but check the inside around the trim around the slide. If it is the same distance from the wall to the trim then the slide has deployed correctly. If not, then there maybe a problem.

My main slide and right side of my new 378xl was never properly adjusted from the factory. I have an appointment at the dealer to have it adjusted next week. Yours may never been adjusted at that time.

Ha the same issue. The rubber seal should flip back and forth as you open and close the slide. Mine was not flipping so the top of the slide was getting hung up in the rubber because it was flipped towards the inside. The dealer fixed it by putting abrasive paper (like your step have on them) on the top of the slide. The additional drag of the abrasive paper causes the seal to flip to the outside when the slide is extended.

I hope this all makes sense.
