Snaking a HDMI cable to TV

2009 Georgetown 350 TS has anyone snaked a HDMI cable from the entertainment/ Dish receiver cabinet to the front over dash TV? Pointers please.
Thanks,

A 1" spade bit in your favorite drill and go to work.

I drilled a hole from the TV compartment into the compartment just to the starboard of the TV. Then another hole into the little narrow channel shelf-thing that runs high along the starboard wall over the passenger's head. Then a hole from that channel into the speaker housing (remove the speaker for access). Then from the speaker housing and into the cabinet where the DVD player (and now my sat receiver is.)
