Sofa and seats shedding their color

What a mess!!!! The sofa and both drivers and passenger seat looks terrible. The color is shedding off and it looks terrible. I tried emailing the Williamsburg Furniture company but their email does not work and my email to Forest River has been unanswered. Don't tell me to call--I have a phone phobia. My Georgetown is a 2010 but does not have too many miles or trips on it. My husband died and I am having a hard enough time making the payments without needing to replace furniture.

Its 4 year old and you won't get any warranty
If you are in a hot climate and never clean nor moisturize the fabric it will dry out and crack. Many of us have had it happen in the first year.
