I went to forest river parts and they put me in touch with their supplier and I got two backup light lenses free.

I lost one of these on my South. I am now in Mesa AZ, and was directed to a business called Lighthouse by a couple of RV Dealers. I called there today and they are ordering me two. They cost $1.40 each. Haven't got them yet, but the person on the phone didn't indicate there would be any problem.
