I looked at this myself for our new 374. I read somewhere that it has been done in the rear just forward of the hitch. Like to hear from someone whos done it, or see a pic.

On the 2008 Georgetown 378, there was a space for a tire only. We opted to get a spare and it was in the slot when we purchases it. Our 2008 has a door in the rear. It also has space to store small things along with another satellite dish in case of overhead tree branches blocking the satellite dish on top of the coach. That was changed later on with the 2009s new design.

On our 2007 359TS the spot for the spare tire was in the storage space located at the back of the coach in the cabinet under the rear window. We don't have a spare and use this space for camping tables and chairs.
