Splendide 2100xc won't fill

We have the splendide 2100xc in our 364ts. We have used it but always in parks never boondocking. Today we tried it boondocking and had LED lights flashing. Tried resetting by unplugging and starting again. Different lights flashing and still won't fill. Ideas? We thought you could use while boondocking but it appears to not be getting any wAter. Pump is on and there is water to all other fixtures. Did forest river plumb the w/d to only work on city water?

Ours works while boondocking so yours should too.
The manual states that it might be low water pump pressure.
The flashing lights should be a trouble code, either look it up in the service manual or call customer service.
Here is the website for the service manual.

If you correct the issue please post it so others will know.

Trouble codes in the above Training Manual.
Very good information for everyone.
See page 51-53 in the manual.

So we arrived home and hooked to city water and the Splendide 2100xc is working just fine. So it appears that it is not getting water when we are boondocking. Anyone have any ideas of why there would be no water pumped to the w/d from the 364ts water pumps when not hooked to city water?

You never said if your water tank was full or not.
You never said if you had doo water pressure from the sinks.
I would think that even on the water tank and 12 volt pump it should work unless it has some type of timer inside if it doesn't fill up in so much time it stops.
Just be happy its working fine now.
Why don't you try it at home on the water tank and pump and let us know what happens.

Yes the water tank was indeed full. Both water pumps work and there is water under pressure to sinks and toilets.

And in thinking about it we realized we had experimented with it previously while in a park to see how much water it drained out of tank so we wouldn't make a "mistake" down the road and leave ourselves short of water.

Since it is working on city water we are going to try it again on the tank and see what happens when the current load is done washing.

Well we have run two loads at home and everything seems ok so I guess if it ever happens again the wife knows now to watch the light that flash for the correct trouble code.. Onwards and upwards
