we have a combo unit and as we were winterizing our unit we forgot about it so how do I winterize the washing machine??

Why not call the manufacturer and see what they say.
1-800 is in the manual.

On mine I disconnect and drain the hoses, when done open the small kick panel in the front, just clipped on, and remove the pump strainer plug. That is the low point of the machine. Have a towel handy, about a pint of water will drain out. Instructions are also in the operators manual that came with it.

Run it thru partial warm cycle with antifreeze and then drain

That is how I do mine although not a combo. Running warm gets both lines at once and make sure to run a spin for a second or two to get antifreeze in the pump and drain. For safety I pour some in before the spin.
