I got a letter from my agent the other day saying that State Farm is offering a discount on RV's constructed from qualifying non-metal materials.
Anyone else hear about this discount????
I got a letter last September that said if my trailer was made of fiberglass I could save 10%. I called my agent, sent him the specs and received the discount.

never heard of it seems to be odd wording because even the most eco friendly RV's like Evergreen rv use metal in thier construction... what do they expect the frame to be made of? i understand not having metal walls and metal pipes... but thats nearly half or more of the RV's these days so the only think i can think of is them wanting you to have one without a metal chassis or metal frame wich will be harder to find.
the qualifying non-metal material is the exterior of the unit.

The discount is not available in all states at this time. I called my agent and was told they were "considering" the discount for Colorado.
