Wasn't tryin to win, just doubt someone would make and try to sell something that doesnt work.
But maybe turbs can shed some more light on this situation.

This shows why the bushings won't work. Ack's FAQ: Your 4X4 Portal To All Things Suzuki/Geo

I'm now definitely out of here! Have a nice day.

Exclamation Caster change on a GT-XL

So, it appears to me that after all the talk about being able to change caster with offset king pin bushings on a Georgetown XL is that they do not exist. So either you go with shims or bend the axle. Or leave it alone.

I just messaged my buddy that is the parts manager for Bruckners Volvo, Mack in Tulsa.
He said that they usually use caster spacers (wedges) between the spring and axle.

You will have to search some more to find bushings.

Ya gotta remember, this whole discussion started with FT Turbs said offset king pins. What can you expect? He sure hasn't produced any pictures. (As usual) when he starts blowing smoke.

On rare occasions camber can also be set by heating and bending the axle
But not very common.

Thanks, for the info. I am retired from Ford Product Development Engineering and have been around vehicles for over 48 years. I never heard of being able to change heavy truck straight front axle caster with king pins or bushing. I was hoping for something I have never heard of. Shims and axle bending are how it is usually done. Thanks again.
