I will not pull in, IF they want me odds are they can catch me down the road someplace.

I do how ever used closed weight stations now and then but I obey the signs posted on the ramp so as to not cause a problem, many of them have cameras.

I think that most DOT Cops are not going to mess with RV's even if they can because the cops I know around here (at least) despise paper work and court dates.

How do you used them and for what? Isn't the entrance blocked?

Most are not blocked to allow truck drivers to overnight in them.

Font axle only write the weight down.
Back axle only write the weight down.
Trailer axle/s write the weight down.

Add them all up will give you the total gross weight of your rig.

If the pad is to long for the above.

Front axle only write the weight down.
Front and rear axle write the weight down.

Subtract the front axle weight from both for the rear axle weight.

Trailer axle/s only write the weight down.

What weight do you want to know?

Look up in the FMCSA the definition of a motor carries you are not a motor carrier, You must be for hire and used for commerce

Delete, never mind.. Remember state and federal laws can and will be different, including definitions.

Doc, thanks for the response and kind of what I figured, I do still carry my CDL not for the reason of driving our rig but for the few months I decide to work I need it, thanks again.
