Stripped Screws slide frame / Squeak / Separating slide molding

So I am not sure exactly what my exact part is but hopefully the pics help. My issue is frame molding around the slide has become loose due to screws being stripped. the issue is the only way to get to the screws is to use a small 90-degree Phillips and access the screws between the slide wall and the slide frame (This is the spot were the ball are in the pic). But since the screws are stripped, tightening has no effect.
This is causing is a ton of squeaking due to the shifting of the frame molding while driving. Here are my attempts to fix:
Silicone between the frame molding and coach wall to minimize friction.
Sprayed down the slide rubber with RV Slide Silicone spray with no impact.
Use of rubber balls to trying and wedge the slide to the wall. (See Pics)

What I really want to do is replace the screws with some bigger ones but not sure if this is even possible due to the tight fit to access the screws. Looking at 90-degree drills but don't think I can even get that drill head in the tight spot.
