This is manufactured by Remco. It's the Roger's Safety Track Bar. I have the tiger trak from blue ox. I heard the Remco does not do as good a job to control body roll.

I have the Tiger Trak and installed it myself.
Makes a big difference on turns and on the freeways.
Stops most of the tail wag when a semi passes you as well as the turning leaning is reduced.
The one you are looking at does not attach the same as the Blue Ox Tiger Trak.
It also doesn't look as strong.

Basically secures the rear differential and frame as one.
