Sunshade not working

I tried replying to the other thread but it was too old

I just got my RV back from the dealer getting some things fixed. I went to lower the shade and it stopped 3/4 of the way down. Then I try to raise it up and it only goes up a little bit and stops.

I read the attachment in the old thread about resetting.

I do not know where to find this "Setting key/learning wire switch"

Can anyone help with this?

The learning key is located in the trim between the windshield and the driver side window, it's at the top only about a foot long.
Helpful hint: don't let go of the button till the shade is very close to where you want the shade to stop. After you release the button the shade will only move 1" for every push of the button, lots of button pushes between close to the top and the bottom!

Thank you all. I got around to it today and it worked perfect and the switch was right where you said abjb. Cheers.
