Well thanks for all the help. I guess the sales guy wasn't just trying to sell me something I did not need. I got the inline 50A one from Camping World. Hope that will work.

You really should have done more research here before your purchase.

I think the Progressive industries is a better buy. It has a lifetime warranty. If anything goes wrong with it they will replace it. Also, the LED readout has alerted us to problems with the power several times, most recently at a campground in Key West. It shut down power several times when it sensed high voltage (voltage was 134v when I looked at the LED display).

Thank you. Do you have a link or suggestion as where to purchase?

I have had mine for several years now and to tell you the truth, I don't remember where I purchased it or what I paid. I just did a google search and went with the best price. After you purchase one, you deal with Progressive for any warranty issues. They are great to deal with.

Just getting ready to order one of these myself. Curious if you guys are chaining them up to the pedestal or how you are securing them? Any issues with theft?

I'm actually putting this on a HTT, so it's all pluggable. I didn't want to modify anything.

I just replied here instead of re-creating a whole new thread about the same subject.

I wouldn't leave it unsecured. I run a chain through the metal ring and wrap it around the power pole. All it does is keep an honest man honest.
